HQSaga (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates hqsaga.com and sells children’s apparel for ages approximately 1–5. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights — including parental rights under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Who this policy covers

Our products are designed for young children, but our website is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact hello@hqsaga.com and we will delete it promptly.

Information we collect

• Account & order data: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (if provided), order contents, and payment confirmation details from our processors (we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications: messages you send to our support email, and newsletter signup emails if you subscribe.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics needed to run and secure the store.

How we use information

• Fulfill and ship orders, process returns/refunds, and provide customer support.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• Send marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe anytime.

Third parties we share data with

We share personal information only as needed to operate the store, including:

COPPA — parental rights

Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with their child that we may hold in connection with an order. To exercise these rights, email hello@hqsaga.com with “COPPA request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to locate the relevant account or order. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention & security

We keep order and account records as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your choices

• Update account details when signed in, or email us to correct information.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing hello@hqsaga.com.
• Manage cookies via Cookie Settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

Do Not Sell

We do not sell personal information. We do not use children’s data for targeted advertising.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
