We want you to love your HQ Saga purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help with returns and exchanges.

20 day returns

Eligible items may be returned within 20 days   unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at hello@hqsaga.com with your order number and we will help arrange an exchange when stock allows.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable at purchase cannot be returned.
