What makes HQ Saga different?
HQ Saga combines 100% GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton, certified UPF 50+ sun protection, and independently tested children’s apparel to create comfortable clothing designed for everyday adventures.
What is UPF 50+?
UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) measures how effectively fabric blocks ultraviolet (UV) rays. Our fabrics are independently tested and certified to provide UPF 50+ protection, helping block more than 98% of harmful UV rays during everyday outdoor activities.
Why organic cotton?
We use 100% GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton that’s soft, breathable, and thoughtfully chosen for everyday comfort. Organic cotton is grown using practices that support a healthier environment while providing exceptional comfort for little ones.
Is HQ Saga clothing only for the beach?
No. Children are exposed to UV rays while playing outside, at school, at the park, during sports, and on family outings. HQ Saga apparel is designed for everyday wear—not just beach days.
Will the garments shrink after washing?
Our garments have been evaluated for appearance after repeated washing with satisfactory results. To help maintain the best fit and quality, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment label.
Are the garments true to size?
Yes. Our garments are designed to fit true to size. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page to help choose the best fit for your child.
How should I care for my HQ Saga clothing?
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Following the care instructions helps preserve the garment’s quality, appearance, and performance.

Are your products independently tested?
Yes. Representative samples from every production are independently tested by TÜV SÜD to verify compliance with applicable U.S. children’s product safety requirements and product performance standards.
What is GOTS?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is one of the world’s leading standards for organic textiles. Our current collection is made using 100% GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton and is supported by a GOTS Transaction Certificate issued for this production.
What does UPF 50+ certification mean?
Our fabrics are independently tested by TÜV SÜD and achieved a UPF 50+ rating—the highest UPF classification—helping block more than 98% of harmful UV rays.
What does CPSIA compliant mean?
CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) is a U.S. law that establishes safety requirements for children’s products. Our children’s apparel complies with applicable CPSIA requirements and is supported by a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC).

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are responsibly manufactured in India by experienced GOTS-certified manufacturing partners using 100% GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton. Every production undergoes independent testing to help ensure it meets our quality and safety standards before reaching your family.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on major U.S. carrier holidays typically ship the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also email hello@hqsaga.com with your order number if you need help locating your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hqsaga.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@hqsaga.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Email hello@hqsaga.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead. We’ll help with available return or exchange options.
